Refund Policy
Clear and fair terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of OUR DREAM8888 programmes.
1. Programme Fees and Payment
Fees for 1-on-1 mentorship, group programmes, workshops, and digital courses are displayed at the time of enrolment or shared in writing before payment. Unless a written instalment plan is agreed upon, full payment is required to confirm your seat or session.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to feel confident in your decision. For most live coaching programmes and workshops, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase or before the programme begins, whichever is earlier. Once a programme has begun or digital materials have been accessed, fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: digital downloads, recorded courses that have been accessed, completed one-on-one sessions, and any third-party payment processing fees. Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion where permitted by law.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
For 1-on-1 sessions, we request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Workshop and group programme transfers to a future batch are subject to availability and must be requested before the original start date.
5. Programme Changes
OUR DREAM8888 reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their enrolment to a future date.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Delivery and Access
Upon successful payment, session links, schedules and learning materials are sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number within 24 hours of confirmation.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching results are deeply personal and depend on individual participation, openness, and consistent practice. Because of this, refunds are not granted based on dissatisfaction with results or unmet expectations if the services have already been delivered or accessed.
